I Don’t Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment we are renowned for at Million Dollar Fitness
What Are The Workouts Like?
I focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. The sessions are 30 minutes … fantastic for busy girls like us BUT still give you maximum calorie burn. Don’t worry about fitness levels either – everybody just focuses on THEIR body and THEIR particular needs
