4 weeks ago when I walked through the doors of MDF I never thought I'd be working out 5 times a week, doing double sessions, planking and doing press-ups. Delighted with my progress so far and excited for all the progress to come. That's me all signed up as a fully fledged member of MDF and I coudn't be happier. Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't.
