Spiced Cabbage Fry Up

Ingredients
- 100g bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 200g savoy cabbage, shredded
- 200g mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Small pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of allspice
- pinch of cinnamon
Directions
Heat olive oil in large non-stick frying pan and cook bacon pieces for 2-3 minutes before adding onion and garlic. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes until onion starts to soften.
Stir in the spices and next add the mushrooms and cabbage. Continue to cook for 7-8 minutes before serving.
