Summer Tomato Salad

Serves : Makes 2-3 servings depending on the size of your tomatoes.


  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste


In a bowl, toss the tomatoes, garlic, basil, black pepper, and sea salt.

Refrigerate 30 minutes and toss again before serving.
