Kitchen Sink Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups baby Spinach
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • ½ courgette, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • Handful of sprouts
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic dressing (see recipe)
  • 115g protein (chicken, fish, turkey)

Directions

In a bowl, toss everything together any way that you please.
