Kitchen Sink Salad

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups baby Spinach
- ½ tomato
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- ½ carrot, grated
- ½ courgette, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- Handful of sprouts
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic dressing (see recipe)
- 115g protein (chicken, fish, turkey)
Directions
In a bowl, toss everything together any way that you please.
