Kale, Roasted Brussels & Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 2 cup roasted brussels
  • 400g chickpeas
  • 56g crushed walnuts

Directions

Sauté the kale with olive oil, lemon juice, roasted brussels and chickpeas.

Serve with crushed walnuts.
