Homemade Fish Fingers

Serves : 4


  • 60g Ground Almonds
  • 600g Cod Loin, cut into fingers
  • pinch of Paprika
  • pinch of Pepper


Preheat oven to 180c (160 fan), 350f, gas mark 4. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Mix together the almonds, paprika & pepper & place in shallow dish. Toss pieces of fish in crumbs until coated & place of baking sheet. Cook in oven for 20-22 mins.
