Nut Cheese

Serves : 6


  • 50g Almonds
  • 75g Walnuts
  • 50g Sunflower Seeds
  • 125ml Water
  • handful of fresh Herbs, chopped
  • Nut Butter


In a bowl grind the nuts & sunflower seed finely, add the water & mix well. Stir in herbs & nut butter. Place the bowl covered with a clean tea towel in a warm place for 12 hours. Once fermented it can be stored in the fridge.

This is delicious served with Avocado!
