Jane is 42 and lives locally, working a full-time job and commuting 60 miles per day.

This is her story.
“I had tried most of my adult life to lose weight but kept gaining it, sometimes at an alarming rate. I had developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and yo-yo dieting and binge eating habits. With a medical deadline looming and other methods failing me, I searched social media and found Dee and Million Dollar Fitness.”

My daily life now is physically easier, I have increased confidence, my knowledge has increased significantly, I can shop in high street shops, I have more energy and I am able to keep up with my little dog, Millie.”

“I love to cook and bake all kind of foods and my favourite things to eat are: zoodles (courgette noodles), sautéed in coconut oil with some crushed garlic; roasted cauliflower florets tossed in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper and roasted in the oven. Both of these are great accompaniments for a homemade chilli. As a treat Million Dollar Sticky Banana Loaf (from the Million Dollar Cookbooks) would be a favourite.”
