We’re getting close to the end of July, almost 7 months deep into 2016.
We are well into the second half of the year.
What the hell!!
Blink – and it’ll be September and you’ll be thinking of Christmas and what lies ahead for 2017!
Remember January and all your plans for the year ahead?
By this point in July you already know if you have been successful or not in achieving the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of 2016.
I expect that many of you have surpassed the original goals and set new, greater targets to achieve 2016 ends. I am also sure there are many of you are a little off the pace and have fallen behind where you expected to be by now.
If you want to be a better mum, lose more weight, earn more money, get stronger, improve your fitness, drop more body fat you need to set specific, time bound goals, create a plan and take ACTION!
>> What has changed since the year started?
>> Have you exceeded your expectations of what you thought you could achieve or fallen below your desired expectations of what you wanted to accomplish?
>> What have you learned about yourself that you didn’t know before?
>> Are there other areas of your life that you need to pay more attention to or become more disciplined? Could you apply this discipline elsewhere, such as your relationships, exercise, your work, your social life, etc.?
Use the final days of July to set goals and an action plan for the remaining 5 months of 2016, as:
“People with goals succeed because they know where they are going.”
Or as Napoleon Hill said, “There is one quality which one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose.”
