I don’t know if you know this … when I was a teenager I was a total Rebel and at 17 after a stint hitchhiking round Europe with nothing except the clothes I was wearing and a hash cake, I found myself homeless on the streets of London.

SCARY

The craziest thing was that at any point I could have picked up the phone and my folks would have funded my flight home –  I didn’t.

I struggled and made my own way.

I was caught up in a vicious circle – I couldn’t get a job without an address so the dumpster behind the local Sainsbury’s was my life saver.

Every night after closing I’d wait patiently for the out of date and sell by foods to be binned.

My bed was the ground underneath a market stall –  it had a cover on it to keep me dry.

Outdoor life took it’s toll on me and I got really sick … I ended up with pneumonia FFS!

The good news?

I got a hospital bed to recover in and food every day (every cloud has a silver lining lolol).

Long story short, I got a break as a cleaner in a bar in Croyden – 10 months later I was running it …

I was busy all the time. I was earning shed loads of money but it wasn’t my thing.
I knew inside that there was something else I wanted to do.

In my heart I always recognised that sometimes the busy work that we have isn’t our life’s work.

When I was at school, when I got asked what I wanted to be when I “grew up”.

My answer was not one of the classics….. Teacher, social worker or nurse just never appealed to me.

I wasn’t very “book smart” as a kid you see but I always had an awesome imagination

When I looked at all the things I could become, my choice was simple:

I said I wanted to be a Super Hero.

Everybody laughed when they heard this and said I was being stupid or unrealistic. The other kids laughed at me anyhow for being “weird” so even though I kept it quiet, I never lost sight of this dream.

Why a Super Hero???

Well, when you’re a Super Hero, you have the best life.

You get to spend your time developing your special gifts, you get to hang out with amazing people and your sole purpose is to use your powers for good to save and inspire others against evil.

I became a Personal Trainer.

I never finished school – I gave up at 15.

Nobody saw me for my strength, fire and heart OR the fact that I would make ANYTHING happen if I put my mind to it.

I so deeply wanted advice and guidance then – a mentor who could see my potential and nurture me.
That’s why I love what I do now so much …

From that very first certification I got all those years ago, I’ve never stopped learning, investing in myself, evolving and growing.

You see, I WANT to be the grandest version of me that I can possibly be.

Not even losing my hearing can stop me – it side tracked me for a while for sure but it never ever made me put a cap on my dreams or goals.
Now with many other Life Changing tools in my toolbox, I coach for the very reason that made me so determined to become the best version of me that I could possibly be …
to give women a chance
to give women who have lost their way Hope
to give women practical steps so they can begin to believe in themselves
to allow women to have the will to find their way forward again through the fog
to give women the respect of their kids and go from being a disappointment to being a hero
to give women the chance to stand in front of a mirror and not cringe …
to allow women to bring their dreams to reality.

My WHY is to bring others to their fullest potential so they can grow a sense of pride in who they are.
I stand for what I believe in – EMPOWERMENT.

What do YOU stand for??

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Did you achieve your goals?

Are you in your Dream Life?

Are you doing what needs to be done?

Are you certain and confident of your plans?

Your current results are the effects of your thoughts, your thinking, your emotions and your behaviours/actions (or lack of).

Use just yes or no answers.

Not kind of, sort of…just YES or NO.

One of the biggest things you can do for yourself is get real with yourself.

Once you do, you can begin to make adjustments to get on course.

There’s a saying that goes “the conscious mind is the goal setter, and the unconscious mind is the goal getter”.

Life’s greatest treasures are waiting outside of your comfort zone.

It’s tough, though. I know that.

Which is why it’s a bit pants doing this kind of thing alone.

This is the kind of thing I’m working on with the ladies who join my EXCLUSIVE October Mind / Body Detox Retreat in Spain (limited to just 14 places).

Showing them how to reclaim their lives and be present in their own Power.

Saying NO to Emotional Eating.

Taking control and saying YES to Happiness …
