Firstly as a fitness professional I would like to point out that there is no single best way to lose weight.
Its not about how slow or fast it happens, its about maintaining the loss over time that counts.
Both approaches can be equally beneficial if a person works to maintain their success.
More often than not, our desire to lose weight before a special event or a holiday becomes a last-minute sprint to the finish line. If I have something coming up like this weekends Local Women awards ceremony ..I’ve been shortlisted for Inspirational Woman of the Year by the way and I’m thrilled!!
Anyway I got carried away there, back to what I was talking about – if I have something coming up I’ll do a 10 day depletion which is protein only and healthy fats
