“To be honest, I really don’t know what made me want to do the Little Black Dress Challenge or why I felt I could do it …..but I thought I’d give it a go.
I found that I had so much more energy, I was sleeping better, that my digestion had improved and that I was getting comments about my skin. One very good friend said, “your skin is not as grey anymore!!!!” (well I think she’s a friend lol)

“So, I started going to classes and weight watchers, thinking, sure isn’t this great, I’m exercising away and watching what I’m eating…..happy days. Fast forward a year and a half and I’m no further forward.
One day I decided I needed to do something, and asked Dee to help. She gave me a 28 day plan and, low and behold, at the end of the 4 weeks I was over a stone lighter and over the moon.”
“But then I began to get complacent again and started falling back into old habits.
A year later, when the Little Black Dress Challenge was first mentioned, I thought to myself ‘I wonder could I do that???’
I said to Dee I was thinking about it and asked her could I do it?????
So I took the bull by the horns and signed up for it.”
“I attended Dee’s seminar on Mindset & Motivation in September 2016 and found it very thought-provoking and useful; however I still didn’t seem to be able to change my mindset yet.
Still kept trying to convince myself, sure I’m exercising, surely I can have those 2 cream buns etc? I noticed the weight starting to creep back on.”
“When I tell people I train between 4 and 6 times a week they think I’m crazy and wonder how I do it. But realistically it isn’t that difficult. Classes are 30 minutes, I fit them around work and it doesn’t affect my family time.”
