Programme Rules
- My programmes are consecutive weeks and unfortunately cannot be carried over or exchanged for another programme.
- You must be 100% committed – please don’t waste your money!!
- You should aim to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions per week.
- Arrive for your session on time. If you are late it’s 20 BURPEES – for everybody else.
- For health and safety purposes, you must book your slot in advance – using our online booking system. Unfortunately, you cannot just turn up and hope there is room.
- If you cannot make your scheduled session you must cancel, as we normally have a waiting list for each session.
- Pay attention in every session. Listen to instructions carefully to avoid injury.
- Respect other members AT ALL TIMES.
- Always watch your posture and hold your stomach in. The best way to exercise safely is to not let things get sloppy.
- Unless told to come to a total stop, NEVER STOP MOVING. Even if it’s just picking your feet up and down, this stops your heart rate from coming down too quickly … for safety and cosmetic reasons.
